Effective Tuesday, June 1, 2010 parking in yards is banned by the City of Little Rock .This means that house next door or down the street can no longer park in the front yard, unless it is an improved parking pad.You don't have to be the judge if the car is on an improved parking pad, Code Enforcement will make that determination before they write a citation. To report cars parking in the yard is very simple –Call 311 Or Go on line at http://www.littlero ck.org/citizenSe rvices/311- citizen-request. aspxYou will need to know the address and a simple description of the car. You will be asked a few other basic questions to help the Code Enforcement Officers.You can remain ANONYMOUS if you wish. Just tell the 311 operator that you want to be anonymous, or if online don't type in you personal information (the site only needs you email address).Remember that your neighborhood can only get better if we all take an active role.
